Moon Raccoon Baking Co. started at farmers' markets during the pandemic and opened this Sunnyside brick-and-mortar in 2025. Pastry chefs Kate Lange and Zoe Deutsch create sweet and savory baked goods using Colorado flour. The takeout-only shop is open Wednesday through Sunday and has quickly become a Sunnyside favorite.
