Columbine Steak House is a Denver classic south of our target zone but worth noting as a Federal Blvd icon. This cash-only steakhouse has been packing its dining room since 1965 with no-frills steaks, cocktails, and a retro lounge atmosphere. It represents the old-school Federal Boulevard that longtime Denverites remember.
