Adobo started as a food truck and has grown into one of Federal Blvd's most celebrated restaurants. Chef Blaine combines Filipino and New Mexican flavors into dishes like smoked carnitas tacos, chicken adobo rice bowls, lumpia, and green chile cheese fries.
